Larry M. Rose has been associated with the firm of Allison Knapp & Siekmann, Ltd. since 1975, and has been a principal since 1985. He is the principal involved with the administration of the firm’s Bethalto office. He specializes in accounting and auditing services for local governments and nonprofit clients as well as profit motive clients involved in manufacturing, construction, retail sales, medical practices and restaurants.

Larry received his Bachelor of Science degree from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville in 1975. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Illinois CPA Society and the Missouri Society of CPA’s, as well as other professional and civic organizations.

In addition to providing the above clients with accounting, tax and auditing services, Larry also is involved in providing computer accounting and support services. He is a certified QuickBooks advisor and provides computer and accounting support to a wide range of clients using this product. He is also the principal responsible for the firm’s computer applications.

Richard E. Reno has been with the firm of Allison Knapp & Siekmann, Ltd. since 1984 and a principal since 1992. He has over twenty-five (25) years of public accounting experience. He specializes in accounting and taxation services for closely held corporations, individuals, nonprofit organizations and local governments. His clientele includes construction contractors, manufacturers, retailers and wholesalers, funeral homes, medical and dental practices, union and employee benefits, nonprofits, fire districts and other governmental organizations.

Rick received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a specialization in accounting from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville, Illinois in 1982. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Illinois Society of CPA’s, as well as various other professional and civic organizations.

Annette M. Hipkiss has been with the firm of Allison Knapp & Siekmann, Ltd. since 1981, and a principal since 1994. She specializes in the audits of closely-held corporations, nonprofit organizations, school districts and local governments.

Annette received a Bachelor of Science degree from Eastern Illinois University in 1980. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Illinois CPA Society and the Missouri Society of CPA’s.

She conducts peer reviews of other accounting firms as part of the Illinois CPA Society’s practice monitoring program. She is also a member of the Illinois CPA Society Peer Review Acceptance Committee and Executive Committee, which are the monitoring bodies for all peer reviews done in the State of Illinois.

Annette is a member of the Downtown Belleville Optimist Club.

Dean S. Salvatore has been with the firm of Allison Knapp & Siekmann, Ltd. since 1995, and a principal since 2005. He specializes in the audits of closely-held corporations, nonprofit organizations, school districts and local governments.

Dean received a Bachelor of Science degree from Shippensburg (Pa.) University in 1992. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Illinois CPA Society.

Dean currently serves on the Board of Education for Freeburg Community Consolidated School District No. 70. He served on Freeburg’s St. Paul’s United Church of Christ church council and was their treasurer from 1998-2004. He has also served as treasurer of the Freeburg Swim and Dive Team from 2002-2004 and currently serves as the secretary/treasurer for the Reinneck Homeowners Association. Dean is a member of the Freeburg Optimist Club.
